Location Data: We collect precise location data (even in the background during inspections) to verify field agent presence at the site of Cars or Land.
Device Data: IP address, device ID, and operating system for security and fraud prevention.

Facilitate transactions between buyers and businesses.
Attribute commissions to Aflaosi Partners via Agent Codes.
Verify product delivery before crediting merchant balances.
Communicate order updates and security alerts.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Payment Processors: To facilitate secure payouts and purchases.
Delivery Partners: To ensure items reach your specified address.
Legal Authorities: If required by Ghanaian law for tax or anti-fraud purposes.

4. Google Play Developer Disclosures

Background Location: This app accesses location data to enable "Agent Inspection Verification" even when the app is closed or not in use. This is essential for the security of Land and Car transactions.

Financial Features: Aflaosi is a regulated marketplace. We handle financial data with end-to-end encryption to facilitate merchant payouts on the 1st of every month.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

How to Delete Your Data:

In compliance with Google Play's Data Safety Policy, you can request account deletion at any time:

In-App: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
Online: Visit aflaosi.com/delete-account.

Upon deletion, all personal data is erased, except for financial transaction records which we are legally required to retain for audit purposes.
