These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aflaosi Business platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), provided by Aflaosi. By creating a business account or listing items/services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Account & Eligibility
- Account Registration: To access merchant capabilities, you must register for an Aflaosi Business account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete legal business details and verified contact information.
- Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Partner Agent Codes: Account creation and referral metrics may track unique Partner Agent Codes to calculate associated partner rewards and platform commissions accurately.
2. Listing Rules & Merchant Standards
- Listing Accuracy: Merchants are strictly responsible for ensuring all product descriptions, pricing, inventory statuses, and media previews (including images and embedded videos) are authentic and accurate.
- Prohibited Content & Items: You may not list illegal goods, counterfeit items, hazardous materials, or content violating intellectual property rights or local laws.
- Media Submissions: Images or videos submitted (e.g., via "Snap & Bid" or embedded video previews) must depict the genuine condition of the offered item or service.
3. Escrow, Security Policy & Payout Rules
To protect both buyers and sellers, Aflaosi Business operates under a secure escrow framework:

All orders must be delivered as specified. Funds paid by buyers are securely held in platform escrow. Funds are credited to your withdrawable balance only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, or when an order is completed per platform policy.
- Withdrawals: Once credited to your available balance, funds can be requested for withdrawal through approved channels (bank transfers, mobile money, etc.).
- Dispute Holds: Aflaosi reserves the right to hold payouts in cases of open disputes, unverified fulfillment, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Inspection Liability & Field Inspections
- Field Inspections: Aflaosi facilitates physical inspections through field agents for high-value items (such as vehicles or real estate).
- Limitation of Liability: While field inspections aim for maximum accuracy, final purchase decisions rest with the buyer. Aflaosi is not liable for latent vehicle defects or land title disputes arising after transaction completion.
- Dispute Resolution: Merchants agree to cooperate fully with Aflaosi's internal dispute resolution team during buyer claim evaluations.
5. Platform Integrity & Partner Rewards
Service fees and partner referral commissions will be processed according to our active fee schedules. Any attempt to manipulate partner referral codes, falsify inspection reports, or execute artificial transactions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.
6. Account & Data Rights
Your data privacy is managed according to our main Privacy Policy. In compliance with Google Play and app store developer policies, you have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time.
